g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, there was a traffic collision between a semi truck and a car. The spill impacted the road and asphalt only. There is a road closure, and it is estimated to reopen by around 1300 hours. State Wide Emergency Services is the contractor cleaning up the spill. The driver of the responsible vehicle fled the scene. There were two fatalities. No other injuries or evacuations were reported.
