Orignal Description:Per reporting party: The vehicle struck some road debris causing the passenger saddle tank to rupture.The vehicle is upright and off on the shoulder, not blocking any roads. No waterways were impacted.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per the NRC Report : "The caller reported that a tractor trailer hit some road debris which punctured the saddle tank. This caused a release of approximately (40) gallons of diesel fuel onto pavement. (3) gallons of diesel fuel were reported to have reached a nearby storm drain." Remedial Actions : "The caller reported that a contractor is on site working on cleanup. They will return tomorrow to vacuum and pressure wash the storm drain."
