Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party : A vegetation fire (Park Fire in Butte County) burned a utility pole damaging the pole mounted transformer causing the release of material onto the soil below. The PCB content of the transformer oil is unknown. The release has been stopped. Clean up has been completed by a contractor. There were no injuries. No waterways were affected.
