g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, While driving, the reporting party (RP) pulled over behind a residence to add oil to their vehicle. During this process, they accidentally knocked over the quart bottle, spilling a small amount onto the sidewalk. The release was quickly stopped and contained, with no impact to nearby waterways. Cleanup efforts were initiated using paper towels, but a stain approximately 12 inches in diameter remains on the sidewalk.
