Orignal Description:Per Caller: Sean Alexander Marina Services was contracted to remove a capsized boat out of Happy Harbor Marina. When they were demoing the boat gasoline released. Caller believes the levy was damaged by the contractor. Per caller booms were place but did not fully contain all the release material. Caller called Sean Alexander Marina Services who stated they would return to complete clean up.

SITUATION UPDATE:
RP stated, They wanted to update the amount released to be approximately 300-400 gallons and the release has not been cleaned up. They believe the ground water is contaminated due to an odor of gasoline coming from their residential water system.
