g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, two (2) pad-mounted transformers experienced simultaneous failures. This resulted in 80 gallons of oil-non PCB spilling into the containment bolt and affecting the surrounding concrete and grass. Contractors were called to conduct the cleanup process. They excavated the spilled oil from the bolt and properly disposed of it by placing it in drums. It's worth noting that both transformers are interconnected.
