g. DESCRIPTION: The CHP reported observing a freight tractor-trailer parked along the side of the roadway. It appears that a saddle tank on the tractor-trailer was damaged, causing an unknown amount of diesel fuel to spill onto the dirt shoulder. No fires or injuries occurred, and no waterways were affected. Caltrans has been notified and will handle the cleanup.
