DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: PG&E has a subcontractor trimming trees on her property and one of their lines blew causing a release of less than 6 gallons of hydraulic oil, on the roof and out in the alley. The contractors refuse to clean the roof or concrete where the oil had released to. Contractors did however attempt to cleaned some oil off the dirt but reporting party did not want them scooping up the dirt because there is water lines underground. No waterways have been impacted.
