g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a citizen drove their vehicle in reverse into a railcar that was shoving on an industrial lead track. The railcar was an empty tank car, and its number was GATX 209089. The vehicle involved was an early model LandRover. The vehicle was occupied, but there were no injuries. There was no direction of travel during this incident.
