Orignal Description:A passenger vehicle struck and damaged a pad mounted transformer. The incident resulted in an oil spill to concrete and soil. No fires or injuries were reported. SCE technicians are on-scene and an environmental specialist is enroute to assist.
Update(s): 01/29/2023 10:00:50 AM - RP stated that there was a total of 26 gallons that released and approximately 1 gallon entered into a storm drain that traveled approximately 1,000 feet with sprinkler water.
; 01/29/2023 10:11:20 AM - Per NRC Report: The caller states a drunk driver struck a pad mounted transformer releasing 26 gallons and of that 1 gallon of Non-PCB transformer oil impacted the storm drain.
Remedial Actions: Soil mediation and depressurizing in progress. Will address the storm drain at a later date.

Per NRC Report: The caller states a drunk driver struck a pad mounted transformer releasing 26 gallons and of that 1 gallon of Non-PCB transformer oil impacted the storm drain.
Remedial Actions: Soil mediation and depressurizing in progress. Will address the storm drain at a later date.
