g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A fuse blew out on a pad mounted transformer causing the release of material impacting the concrete pad and a small amount on the soil. The release has been stopped. Clean up was conducted by employees on site utilizing a spill kit and removal of affected soil. The released transformer oil is called "FR3"; is bio-degradable and non-toxic. No waterways were affected.
