g. DESCRIPTION: RP States: Someone put two jugs of oil on sidewalk, which were knocked over. This was reported by a homeowner. Most of the oil stayed in gutter, but an estimated 2 quarts went into the strorm drain. The gutter, drain, walls of storm drain, and first section of lateral main were cleaned.
