g. DESCRIPTION: An ATV accident occurred on the property owned by the railroad company. The Tracy Police Department and American Medical Response are currently on-site, and an investigation is ongoing. Preliminary reports confirm that no trains were involved in the incident. A nearby rail line has been temporarily closed to through traffic until the investigation is complete. Of the two individuals involved in the ATV incident, one has been pronounced dead, while the other sustained injuries. No further information was available at the time of this report.
