g. DESCRIPTION: Per the NRC Report : "The caller reported two unknown individuals were seen exiting an empty rail car inside a port facility at the incident location. It is highly likely these individuals rode in on a train to enter inside the facility, but that was not captured on video. These individuals were captured on video breaking into two containers and attempting to steal multiple packages. Limited information was provided regarding railroad information. The whereabouts of the two individuals is unknown." Remedial Actions: "Roving patrols will increase around the facility. Spot checks will be implemented on rail cars entering the facility."
