g. DESCRIPTION: Per Caller "Vendor was transferring diesel from bulk truck into a container storage tank on-site. Vender didn't notice how much diesel was being filled into storage tank so over filled. About 90 Gallons spilled primarily into the containment area but about 4 gallons ended outside the containment area and spill on to asphalt. The driver slipped while pumping gas into container, no clarifications on extent of injuries. No waterways were impacted. The spill has stopped and contained. Responsible party is conducting the clean up process and it should be cleaned up by Monday morning"
