g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party : A technician servicing refrigeration equipment while changing out a pressure switch did not completely shut off a valve causing the release. The refrigeration equipment is located in an isolated machinery room at an ice skating facility. The material released into the room and then vented outside into the atmosphere. The release has been stopped. The release is unrecoverable. There was no visible vapor cloud. There were no injuries. 5 employees were temporarily evacuated from the involved room. The fire department responded. The employees have since returned back inside.
