DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, the Regional Water Quality Control Board received a complaint last week from a resident about sailboats releasing sewage in the water at the San Leandro Marina. There were seven boats anchored off of the San Leandro Shoreline, and the complainant smelled sewage and observed sludge and algal growth in the water.
