g. DESCRIPTION: Per Reporting Party : There was a release of potable water from a storage tank due to a communication failure on the system causing the pumps filling the tank to not stop. The release is stopped; crews on are on site containing it. The potable water overflowed the storage tank and ran into some drainage ditches in the area. A third party had advised the reporting party that a unknown creek may have been impacted but at this time they have not been able to confirm that. The standing water in area has been tested for chlorine and no residuals were found. Environmental staff will be in the area collecting samples and doing visual observations for any type of impact.
