g. DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party: A neighbor's propane tank began releasing its contents into the atmosphere after a valve on the tank was damaged. The local fire department was on scene at the time of the incident, however they left once the maintenance crew from the propane company arrived. The maintenance crew believed that they repaired the valve and left the residence. The caller reported that the company possibly refilled the tank and that it is still releasing propane. The caller as well as his family are experiencing symptoms such as nausea due to fume inhalation at the time of report and no actions have been taken. | ||
