Orignal Description:An above ground and uncovered storage tank overflowed due to recent inclement weather. The oil and water mixture flowed downstream and into a storm drain. The Sonoma County Fire Prevention Hazardous Materials Division responded to the site. An assessment was conducted and an environmental specialist will be handling the cleanup efforts.

SITUATION UPDATE:
Caller stated 1 drum (55 Gals. Half Full) is still uncovered and will continue to release material due to the rain, a second drum is partially full and covered with the lid on and a concrete slab on top. Absorbent pads utilized yesterday are still on the ground full of material. RP reached out to the responsible party contacts with no response. Mitigation requirements given to the responsible party have not been met per the caller.
