g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at 1504 in the afternoon, a blockage in the sewer system caused an overflow in a manhole. The spill was stopped at 1719. It was a 6 inch clay main line. The spill impacted a dirt surface in an alley and a storm drain. City of Riverside personnel cleared the blockage and cleaned-up the spill. 100 percent of the sewage that impacted the storm drain was recovered. They recovered all but 50 gallons of the sewage that impacted the soil.
