Orignal Description:Per reporting party: Due to possible pump failure at the renewable fuel refinery there was a release of about 84 gallons of gas mixed with /Naphtha onto the concrete pad on private property No waterways

SITUATION UPDATE:
Per NRC report: The caller states that one of their pumps failed. As a result, 84 gallons of gas and naphtha mix spilled onto the concrete. The incident is under investigation. This is a renewable fuel refinery Remedial Action: Vac truck used, shutdown system, clean up crew on-site, clean up underway, investigation underway
