Per NRC report: The caller states that one of their pumps failed. As a result, 84 gallons of gas and naphtha mix spilled onto the concrete. The incident is under investigation. This is a renewable fuel refinery
Remedial Action: Vac truck used, shutdown system, clean up crew on-site, clean up underway, investigation underway
