Orignal Description:Per the reporting party, a third party contractor damaged a 1/2 inch service line and caused the release of natural gas. The incident began at 1342 this afternoon, and it is ongoing. SoCalGas crews are on scene working to control the release. There were 5 evacuations from 3 different residences. Arcadia Fire Department is on scene. SoCal Gas will contact the Warning Center with further updates.
