g. DESCRIPTION: UPRR train #ZLCTM of the 27th collided with two passenger vehicles at the specified road crossing, resulting in injuries to the drivers/ occupants. The train remains on-site, with the California Highway Patrol on-scene. A UPRR Manager of Train Operations and a UPRR Manager of Track Maintenance are en route to provide assistance. There are no reports of hazardous material releases, fires, or derailments. The current plan is to complete the investigation, after which the train will resume its scheduled route and the road crossing will be reopened to traffic.
