Orignal Description:RP stated, An eight inch (8") main line was blocked which led to the release of approximately 400 gallons of untreated water. The release went into an inlet which flows into the Arroyo Viejo Creek, is not stopped, not contained, and not recoverable. The estimated flow rate of the release is currently three (3) gallons per minute. Personnel from the City of Oakland Public Works Department are currently on site making repairs to the main line. The NRC will not be contacted and OES will be contacted in regards to updates to this release.

RP States: Volume amount is being updated to 3,472 Gallons of sewage released. 2,992 Gallons spilled into a crawl space and a contractor will recover the sewage. The remainder was lost into a storm drain that flows into Arroyo Viejo Creek
