g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: While leaving a shipping yard, the vehicle operator conducted a "slosh" test where 3 gallons of the material was released. This was due to a loose dome lid, however the cause of what the cause of that is. The material released onto the asphalt only and no additional surfaces were impacted. A contractor has been notified to conduct cleanup. At the time of the report, there were no immediate actions taken to collect the release.
