g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, A crack in a pipe led to the release of 15 gallons of bilge water, which impacted the asphalt and flowed into a gutter. Although the spill occurred near a storm drain, it did not enter it. The release has been contained and stopped, with cleanup efforts carried out by a contractor using vacuums and absorbent materials. The contractor vacuumed the gutter as a precaution, but found no evidence of the spill entering the drain. Fire personnel were notified, assessed the situation, and determined there was no danger, subsequently leaving the scene.
