g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party: A trash truck overturned and ran down an embankment thus causing a release of the listed materials. It is unknown of how the vehicle crashed. This material entered a nearby storm drain at the base of the embankment but it is unknown where it leads. On scene personnel are currently attempting to stop the flow of material. Mohica Towing has been contracted to conduct cleanup.
