g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party: Yesterday (October 28,2024) at the construction site, they had a manhole that was backed up with dirt and caused a release of 29,250 gallons of sewage. Most of the release stayed on the site but today at about 0800 hours 5,250 gallons of the sewage has gone into the storm drain. This is ongoing and leaking at 25 gallons per minute.
