Per NRC Report: CALLER REPORTED THAT WHILE REFUELING A SEMI, THE HOSE POPPED OUT OF THE TRUCK DUE TO OPERATOR AND 1.5 GALLONS OF DIESEL FUEL SPILLED ONTO CONCRETE. NO STORM DRAINS OR WATERWAYS WERE IMPACTED. REMEDIAL ACTIONS: ABSORBENTS APPLIED TO MATERIAL, AND THEN IT WAS SWEPT UP AND REMOVED | |
