Orignal Description:Caller states that a vehicle struck pole mounted transformer pole resulting in the downing of the pole and release of approximately 51 gallons of Mineral Oil (NON PCB) to soil.
Update(s): 07/18/2024 10:51:51 AM - Upon further review, the incident occurred on San Bernardino Municipal Water Department property. Although the release took place near a well, no waterways were impacted. No other information was updated.
