g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at approximately 1530 in the afternoon, there was a pin hole leak in a pipe which caused the release. At approximately 1600, the release was stopped and contained. The spill impacted the concrete ground near the incident. Evacuations were required at the incident location. Five employees were temporarily evacuated. Clean-up will be performed by the reporting party.
