g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, the incident may have occurred over the night, but it was discovered at 0700 in the morning. A tube on the above ground diesel tank broke due to high winds which caused the release. The release was contained within a cinder block and cement containment area, but approximately 10 gallons escaped the containment area onto the surrounding soil. No waterways were impacted. Clean Harbors will be cleaning the spill. They are on site currently.
