g. DESCRIPTION: Per the Reporting Party: A leaking manifold from an above ground 4 inch pipeline was discovered; it is unknown what caused the leak. The material impacted soil beneath the pipe. The pipe transports Jet A fuel from a tank farm into the airport for the fueling of airplanes. The release has been stopped. No waterways were affected. An excavator was used to remove the contaminated soil and placed it in a roll off bin for testing. Repairs on the pipe were completed.
