DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a private citizen was loading a crane truck onto a tow truck resulting in a puncture in the gas tank causing a release of approximately 30-35 gallons of diesel fuel. 30 gallons of fuel were able to be recovered from the tank of the crane truck and were put into palatalized buckets. Approximately 5 gallons of fuel impacted the concrete. The cleanup was conducted by the reporting party using absorbents and no waterways were affected.
