g. DESCRIPTION: Per reporting party, a 3,000-pound tank that was expected to be empty released its contents due to a repair incident, resulting in the worker being sent to the hospital. The release has been stopped and contained. Although the release area is outdoors with a breeze, there is still a lingering smell. Air monitoring on site has not detected any natural gas.
