g. DESCRIPTION: The neighbors are releasing sewage from their recreational vehicle onto the reporting party's property. The sewage spill is threatening to impact the storm drain which flows to Putah Creek, and it is also impacting the grazing pasture and the driveway of the reporting party's land. This is a recurring practice that the neighbor repeatedly performs. The release is ongoing currently. There is no clean-up effort.
