Orignal Description:RP states that a vehicle struck one of their ground mounted transformers that has a total volume of transformer oil (Non-PCB) that is 228 Gallons. RP believes that all 228 gallons has released but was unable to confirm. Oil released onto asphalt, concrete, and soil. Unknown quantity went into storm drain. RP says by the time PG&E crew arrived on scene all transformer oil had already soaked into the soil or gone into the storm drain. A contracted clean up crew is in route to the scene. The vehicle involved had been removed from scene by time PG&E crew arrived, the caller had no information on driver of vehicle or any injuries/fatalities.

RP States: Volume amount is updated from 248 gallons released to 50 gallons released. 2 to 5 gallons entered the storm drain. A contractor has completed clean up of the spill.
