Orignal Description:Per the Reporting Party : Due to an equipment failure on a pad mounted transformer the material released impacting the concrete pad and the soil around it. No waterways were affected. The release has stopped. A contractor (Clean Harbors) removed the oil from pad and removed affected soil. A sample of spilled oil was collected to be tested for PCB. | ||||||
