Orignal Description:Per the reporting party, a freight train struck a trespasser not at a crossing. The condition of the individual is currently unknown. The train number is QATGLAC608, and the locomotive number is BNSF 5950. The train was traveling west, and the incident occurred on a main line track number 2. The San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department was notified. The double main train track is currently closed in the east and west directions.
Update(s): 12/12/2024 10:42:10 PM - Per the NRC Report, the caller reported that a train struck a trespasser on the tracks. The trespasser sustained injuries. The trespasser was sent to the hospital. There is an investigation underway.
