g. DESCRIPTION: | Per reporting party, an overturned gravel truck caused the release of approximately 15 gallons of hydraulic oil onto the road and loose gravel. All three southbound lanes of Highway 84 were closed at around 1030 hours. By 1300 hours, all lanes were reopened. No waterways were impacted by this release. Local fire and police departments, along with Caltrans, were on the scene. | ||
