g. DESCRIPTION: | Release Due to a Storm Surge. Per the reporting party, due to a blockage and a storm surge, a main line backed up. The back pressure caused a clean out to overflow into the Storm Water System. The City of Folsom was notified of the overflow at 0930 in the morning. At 1030 the overflow was stopped and controlled. The sewage went into the Storm Water System and is unrecoverable. It is unknown where the storm drain leads. City of Folsom personnel cleared the blockage, and the line was restored to normal operations. | ||
