g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a mini excavator damaged a 1/2 inch service line which caused the release of natural gas. The release began at 1551, and at 1609, the gas was stopped. Southwest Gas personnel are repairing the line. There was no vapor visible, and there was no explosion. The area is safe.
