Orignal Description:Per caller became aware of Potable Water leaking around 2054. Caller believes its force main break from waste water and has not entered waterway. Waste District mobilized contractor's for cleanup and repair. Contractors conducting flow control and mitigation using sandbags and hoses to remove the substance from the roadway. Spill is currently ongoing, caller stated that at time of report the waste water had not made contact with water but closest body of water was Folsom Lake.
