DESCRIPTION: | Per the reporting party, a storm event surcharged the manhole, and the sewage worked its way down a private driveway to the public right of way then into a storm drain which leads to Oak Creek. The incident began at 1015 hours and ended around 1135 hours. The reporting party washed and vacuumed the area, and they cleaned and disinfected the site. The sewage was unrecoverable. | ||
