g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, Union Pacific Railroad was notified of a spill of printing ink (flammable) at 0456 in the morning. The incident occurred inside the Railyard, but it did not involve any trains. A contractor located the container and observed the release on the chassis of a tractor-trailer rig. The spill impacted the ground, the chassis, and the container. A unknown contractor is en route to assess the situation and clean-up. No waterways were impacted. No railroad tracks were impacted.
