g. DESCRIPTION: A collision involving a freight tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle occurred at or near the listed location. The impact caused the passenger vehicle to enter a nearby canal, while the tractor-trailer released an estimated 20 gallons of diesel fuel onto the roadway. The driver of the passenger vehicle was transported to a medical facility with serious injuries. No road closures were imposed. Additional support has been contacted to assist with recovery and cleanup operations.
