g. DESCRIPTION: An estimated 5 gallons of a colorless, oily liquid were released from a Connex-type box mounted on a flat railcar. The incident was caused by improper blocking and bracing of the freight. Railyard personnel noticed the release and contacted an environmental specialist to clean up the container and the railcar. There are no impacts on railyard operations.
