g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, a trash truck overturned and caught fire causing the release of the listed material. The oil impacted the concrete on the freeway and entered a storm drain. Caltrans is performing the clean-up. Two lanes are closed on State Route 23 north bound at Avenida De Los Arboles. The number one lane and center divider are open. Ventura County Fire Department is on scene. One individual was injured with minor injuries.
