g. DESCRIPTION: Per the reporting party, at approximately 0943 in the morning, a third party contractor damaged a 1/2 inch plastic pipe near the riser with a fork-lift. The natural gas release is ongoing. There was no vapor visible, and there was no fire or explosion. There are no road closures, and the fire department is on scene. There were no injuries, and 12 people were evacuated with no estimate on how long the evacuation will last. Southern California Gas personnel are on scene repairing the damage. Southern California Gas will contact the California State Warning Center with updates.
